Description
Solid State Timer, a sequence cleaning controller of bags and cartridge filters, model TEI32-8 for 220 V – 50 Hz. Its design is based on microprocessors technol-ogy. This device replaces by means of only one instrument all the other cleaning systems used for filters which usually requires a timer and a differential pressure switch control. The timer TEI32 evaluates the differential pressure and when it reaches the programmed MAX pressure starts the cleaning cycle. And it stops when the differential pressure reaches the programmed MIN pressure. Cleaning sequence can be set between 1 and 180 seconds the time between pulses, and between 30 and 350 milliseconds its duration. It has a digits numerical display for settings, which allows the reading and adjustment of the pulse’s duration, time between pulses, outputs quantities, high and low differential pressure, alarms differential pressure by high or low pressure, after-blows function, current differential pressure lecture, analogic output of P de 4 a 20 mA
