ROBUST ABSOLUT ENCODER AWG101 AWG101/EAM 58-24B-30-Profibus Optisches absolutes Drehgeber-System mit Profibus-Anschluß im robusten Edelstahlgehäuse gemäß Datenblatt AE621. Das Gebersystem besteht aus den folgenden Komponenten: 1. Schutzgehäuse AWG101, Edelstahl Werkstoff 1.4301 - Alle Gehäusekomponenten sind aus dem Werkstoff 1.4301 gefertigt. Die Aussenflächen sind blank und unbehandelt. - Die Edelstahlwelle hat einen Durchmesser von 12 mm und eine Länge von 33 mm. Die Lagerung erfolgt im Flansch mit zwei großen Rillenkugellagern. Die Geberwelle ist intern mit einer zusätzlichen Ausgleichskupplung entkoppelt. - Der Flansch ist auf dem Gehäuserohr aufgeschraubt. Der Deckel wird durch einen Edelstahlsprengring gehalten. - Die PROFIBUS-Anschlußhaube wird auf dem Deckel aufgesetzt und mit drei Schrauben arretiert. Zwei Führungs- stifte sorgen für mechanische Entlastung der Steckverbinder beim Auf- und Absetzen der Haube. Die Anschlußleitungen werden durch drei schirmbare VA-Kabelverschraubungen gemäß SINEC L2 geführt. - Die Dichtungen für Welle, Flansch, Deckel und Anschlußhaube sind aus Viton. Die Schutzart beträgt IP 67. 45° abgeschrägte Schraubklemmen vorhanden. 2. ABSOLUT ENCODER EAM 58 PROFIBUS Optischer Absoluter Multi-turn Winkelcodierer - Auflösung 4.096 Schritte pro Umdrehung. - Messbereich 4.096 Umdrehungen. - Versorgungsspannung 10 - 30 VDC. - Profibus-Schnittstelle. - Programmierbar nach CLASS 2. - Die eingesetzte Profibushaube enthält keine aktiven elektronischen Bauteile. Bei Anschluß oder Auswechseln des Profibus-Winkelcodierers muß der Profibus nicht unterbrochen werden. - Alle aktiven elektronischen Bauteile - auch der Buscontroller - sind in das Gehäuse eingebaut, dadurch wird eine hervorragende EMV-Festigkeit und Betriebssicherheit erreicht. - Die Einstellung der Geräteadresse erfolgt in der Profibushaube über zwei kleine 10-stufige Drehschalter. Dadurch entfällt die aufwendige Umrechnung der Geräteadresse in Binär, wie sie bei DIL-Schaltern notwendig ist. - Für den Anschluß der Versorgungsspannung und der Busleitungen sind für eine sichere Montage um 45° abgeschrägte Schraubklemmen vorhanden.
