Bearing sensors of the WDB2 series are designed for direct mounting into a threaded hole in a bearing housing. Each sensor is equipped with a lubrication nipple, allowing the bearing to be lubricated without having to dismantle the sensor itself. The WDB2 series uses a 1/8” NPT thread. Three options are available: NTC thermistor, RTD type platinum thermistor for continuous temperature measurement, or PTC thermistor with response values ​​(specify when ordering): 60°C, 70°C, 80°C and 90°C. The sensor is supplied with a 3 m cable and can be connected to a PLC or risk monitoring system such as 4B T500 Hotbus Elite, Watchdog Super Elite or T400 Elite. Its connection is polarity insensitive, so there are no special connection requirements. The cable can be extended on site.
