Procurement Manager with fluency in German language

No experience

Charge:

  • Analysis and market research in the industry, search for new and potential suppliers, monitoring of competitors ' suppliers;
  • Active search for new suppliers, as well as competitions for the purchase of equipment and components among suppliers within the company to provide final proposals to customers;
  • Daily reception and processing of orders of the Department of sales, in order to find the best conditions for working with suppliers (current/potential);
  • Control of passing of orders on control points, immediate intervention in case of deviations;
  • Creation, support and timely updating of the database on manufacturers and suppliers;
  • Preparation of proposals to the above departments on optimization of the current delivery scheme;
  • Analytical work and planning;

Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Work experience in the field of providing with the industrial equipment and materials completing to them is preferred;
  • Knowledge of the German language is REQUIRED (fluency), as there will be active negotiations/ correspondence with representatives of German brands (manufacturers / suppliers / dealers);
  • English spoken (preferably);
  • Fast learning, responsibility, sociability, efficiency, attentiveness
