Description
Automatic Tempermeter Type E6 for measuring the process of tempering and the quality of tempering respectively. With thermo-electric cooling (maintenance-free). Only electric power has to be supplied. Very simple handling. The chocolate (approx. 20 g) is filled into aluminium cups for automatic measuring. Ready in approx. 3 minutes. The Tempermeter with its coloured touch screen on board. All relevant data incl. tempering curves can be saved, recalled and compared with each other. The measuring is done automatically and the measuring results are printed or can be transferred to a PC, which is not included. These records include date, time, start temperature, turning point of the tempering curve, and lots more. Incl. Ethernet and USB interface Integrated memory for approx. 10.000 measurements Data transfer onto PC/FTP-server and USB-stick Included are: 80 aluminium cups and 1 paper roll.
